While its counterpart, the "Secret Warehouse," aged in a different climate, this Shizuoka-aged expression offers a beautifully balanced profile of orchard fruits and honey, grounded by a refined woodiness. It is a fascinating study in how the Japanese climate shapes the final spirit.
